Società Agricola Torre Leti has been tilling the soil for their olive groves in Umbria for over 400 years. The groves are green silent expanses and produce an extraordinary treasure of extra virgin olive oil!

The olive oil has a white plastic cap that is non-removable per Italian law and is designed to maintain the quality and integrity of the oil! It acts as a dispenser to allow only the amount necessary to dress and season a dish. The screw cap is then reattached to the bottle helping reduce the amount of oxygen, which is the enemy of oil.
