Shipping policy
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your total order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We ship all over the world.
We use USPS Parcel Select Ground (5-7 business days) for all domestic deliveries.

We carefully inspect every piece to ensure there are no visible defects before we pack for the safe delivery of your beautiful Italian creation.
All shipments are insured with the underlying carrier.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information. If an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@mercataimports.com. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make every effort for your 100% satisfaction.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays or unforeseeable events, such as inclement weather. Delivery charges are subject to change. You will be notified of any change in the delivery charge at the time your order is placed.
For shipping outside the United States, please contact us at contact@mercataimports.com for quotes to ship internationally. We are not able to cover international duties or taxes.
